Kenia McCarthy, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of BioMed Human Resources at Brown University, Kenia has previously held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lifespan and as an HR Generalist at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. Kenia's background also includes roles at Tiffany & Co. as a Human Resources Information System Analyst and Human Resources Representative, as well as at Mercer, where responsibilities included Senior Client Service Analyst and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Kenia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Johnson & Wales University and completed a certification prep course in Human Resources Management at Bryant University.
