Mathilda Milik has a diverse work experience, demonstrating their abilities in various roles. Mathilda started their career as a Talent Manager, promoting and digitally exposing a visual artist. Mathilda then co-founded a start-up called Talk In The Town, where they served as the Head of Business Development, promoting local artists and connecting them with institutions and small businesses. Mathilda later worked as a Sales Manager at Baccarat and as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Fabergé, where they successfully managed projects and developed marketing strategies. At Kiozen Technologies, they gained experience as a Web Marketing Intern, learning about KPIs and affiliate marketing. Mathilda also worked as a Personal Assistant at COUTURIER ART LIMITED, where they handled communication with high net worth individuals and managed sales contracts. Additionally, Mathilda founded their own company, Treepinature, as the Founder & CEO, supplying biodegradable and compostable products to music festivals. Unfortunately, the project was aborted due to COVID-19. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Wybitny Polak We Francji, chairing the committee for the "Exceptional Pole Competition" in France. Mathilda'sresponsibilities include studying potential candidates, coordinating with various organizations, and managing public relations.

Mathilda Milik began their education at École des Roches, where they obtained a Baccalaureate degree in Economics. In 2009, they attended Empik School Warsaw, earning an Intermediate Level Language Diploma in Russian Language and Literature. That same year, they also attended Polyglot Institute Dubai, where they obtained another Intermediate Level Language Diploma, this time in Modern Standard Arabic.

In 2010, Mathilda enrolled at Regent's University London and pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Events Management, completing their studies in 2014. In 2012, they participated in a Study Period Abroad at HEM Business School, studying International Business and Arabic. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Certificate in Fashion Journalism from the University of the Arts London.

In 2017, Mathilda attended IESA art & culture, where they specialized as an Expert Consultant in the Art Market, focusing on Art History and Business. Finally, in 2019, they enrolled in Naïas Formation and studied Digital Marketing & Marketing Strategy.
