Shannon Wild

VP, Information Systems, Technology & Shared Services at Brown & Root Industrial Services

Shannon Wild is Vice President of Information Systems, Technology and Shared Services for Brown & Root. In this role, Shannon is responsible for providing strategic direction and supervision over the Corporate IT and Shared Services organizations, including infrastructure and networking, helpdesk/desktop support, application support and development, ERP systems, IT vendor and contractor oversight, payroll, billing, accounts payable and account receivable. Additionally, she provides oversight for large scale implementation and upgrade projects related to various applications and systems.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Shannon has been with Brown & Root since 2016, joining the organization after 13 years with CB&I, Inc. (formerly The Shaw Group Inc.), where she most recently served as the Financial Systems Director. Throughout her career, in addition to day-to-day team management and operations, Shannon has led numerous systems-driven large project initiatives related to global integration efforts, implementations and upgrades, divestures and acquisitions, and company-wide reorganizations. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Louisiana State University, and completed the CPA exam in 2002. Her experience also includes several years as an auditor and tax service provider. She has significant experience in internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial consolidations and reporting, as well as budget and planning.

Shannon currently serves on the advisory boards of the Brown & Root Foundation and the Louisiana IT Symposium; on the finance committee and annual giving cabinet of a local private school; and is an active member of the River Road Chapter of the National Charity League as well as the local Women In Technology organization. She has frequently served as speaker at conferences events and participates regularly in continuing education events in various fields of interest.
