Liam Kearns is currently an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, focusing on advanced analytics and artificial intelligence in neuroscience under Professor Wael Asaad. Liam also serves as a Researcher on the Quantitative Trading Team, an Analyst at the Brown Derivatives Investment Group, and a Brake System Engineer & Finance Lead for Brown Formula Racing. Recent internships include working as an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Alliant Insurance Services and a Data Science Intern at Investment Partners Asset Management. Liam gained valuable teaching experience as a Code Coach at theCoderSchool Montclair and started a career in customer service as a Caddie at Montclair Golf Club. Liam is pursuing a dual degree in Applied Math-Economics (Financial Mathematics Track) and Computer Science at Brown University, building on a strong academic foundation from Montclair High School and Montclair State University.
