Sophia Chu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Cluster Sr. HR Head for Asia Own Distribution Markets at Brown-Forman since December 2020, where responsibilities include leadership roles across Greater China, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mongolia. Prior to this role, Sophia worked at Pernod Ricard as Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Asia HQ in Hong Kong, managing strategies and operations as well as leading a significant Workday implementation project. Additional experience includes positions at Procter & Gamble, McDonald's, and an Education Institute, where Sophia demonstrated a strong aptitude for talent acquisition, compensation management, and HR operations. Sophia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from National Sun Yat-Sen University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from National Chengchi University.
