Javier Elizalde Cuervo is an experienced operations and management professional, currently serving as Distillery Operations Supervisor at Brown-Forman since August 2022. Previously held roles include Manufacturing Supervisor at Vi-Jon and a bilingual lead sales associate alongside customer success manager at CLIP Software, where significant contributions were made to redesign the sales department and enhance CRM practices. Javier's foundational experience includes positions such as General Manager at CLIP Lawn Care of Middle Tennessee LLC, where operational management and strategic planning were pivotal, and Management Trainee at CLIP Lawn Care LLC.
