Chloe Lam currently serves as the Lead, Total Rewards Business Partner for APAC & IMEA at Brown-Forman since April 2022, following a role as Senior Total Rewards Analyst in the same region. Prior experience includes a position as Reward Solutions Analyst at Schneider Electric and multiple roles at RB, including Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Management Trainee, where Chloe gained comprehensive HR experience through rotations in various functions. Early career experience includes an internship at RB and work as a Human Resources Assistant at PCCW Solutions Limited. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong, with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Korean Studies, along with a brief educational experience at Korea University.
