Maika J. has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, starting as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Royal Palm Resort and later moving on to become a Team Supervisor at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Maika transitioned into catering and event management roles at The Diplomat Beach Resort and Broward County Convention Center, where Maika currently serves as a Catering Sales Manager. Maika J. holds a Master of Science in Mega Event Management from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Meeting and Event Planning and an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management.
