Tron Lippett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2007, Tron worked at Applied Card Systems as a Collections Analyst/Trainer/Collector, where they analyzed operations, facilitated meetings, and improved quality assurance scores. In 2008, they moved on to Kaplan University as an Academic Advisor, developing academic success plans and supporting students. From 2009 to 2016, Tron worked at Colloquy360, first as a Student Success Advisor and then as a Student Success Manager. In these roles, they facilitated communication, supported students, and identified retention initiatives. In 2016, Tron joined Broward College as a Student Success Advocate, coordinating the implementation of new recruitment initiatives. They were later promoted to Assistant Director of Enrollment and then to Sr. Director for College Readiness and Recruitment. At Bridge2Life South Florida, Tron served as an Operational Lead from 2021 onwards.

Tron Lippett completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Communications from Florida Atlantic University, and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Valencia College.
