Leisa Orcutt has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Leisa started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital in 1992 and later moved on to become an Employment Manager at Leesburg Regional Medical Center. Leisa partnered successfully with various departments to reduce staffing issues and implemented an international recruitment program. Leisa then became a Center Manager/Sales Representative at Lincare, where they exceeded revenue goals and managed a team of professionals. Leisa further broadened their experience as a Marketing Professional/Owner at Southern Respiratory, developing strategic marketing programs and increasing market share. Leisa continued their career as a Human Resources Manager at Oxylife Respiratory Services, implementing innovative programs to increase employee loyalty. Leisa then joined SEARHC as a Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing employee relations, benefits management, and classification/compensation. Currently, they serve as the District Director of Benefits/Wellness at Broward College. Leisa Orcutt holds an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
