Amardeep Singh Shakhon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design leadership and innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Bros&Co since May 2021, Amardeep drives initiatives aimed at achieving a net-zero future within the design industry. Additionally, Amardeep is a Design Expert at the Design Council, focusing on impactful projects and policy advocacy for a regenerative future. Since 2014, Amardeep has been a board member at Brunel University London, contributing insights into technical innovation in the digital sector. Previous roles include Global Head of Design at HSBC, Founder and Global Head of Design at Fintama, and positions at Karmarama and Dixons Carphone. Amardeep holds a BSc in Multimedia Technology and Design from Brunel University of London.
