Henry Heil has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Head of School at Brookstone School since July 2023. Prior to this role, Henry was Head of Upper School at The Episcopal School of Dallas from July 2017 to July 2023 and held multiple positions at Woodberry Forest School, including Director of Residential Life, Assistant Dean of Students, and Director of the Kenan Lewis Internship Program from July 2009 to June 2017. Henry's career began at Oak Ridge Military Academy as Director of Athletics from July 2002 to June 2004. Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Davidson College and a Master of Arts in American History from the University of South Carolina, complemented by foundational education from Felsted School and Virginia Episcopal School.
