Wynne Jerris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and education. As a Delivery Manager and Recruiting Team Lead at Brooksource since November 2015, Wynne oversees recruiting performance, internal training, and new hire onboarding while enhancing recruiter efficiency to align with organizational growth goals. In previous roles as Technical Youth Coordinator and Senior Technical Recruiter, Wynne developed entry-level hiring programs by fostering relationships with local colleges, providing career mentoring to students, and offering sales support to clients.
