Dorian Steele has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Marketing Hawk, where they worked closely with the field manager on various tasks such as keeping a Subway branded vehicle clean and safe and assisting with the inventory on all promotion items. Dorian then moved on to work as a Sales Specialist for REI in 2014 and an Agent for Aegis Communications in 2012. In 2015, they worked as a Climbing Instructor for Vertical Rock Climber Center and an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate for Stage Stores. In 2017, they worked as an Amenities Attendant for LA PALESTRA and in 2018 they worked as a Catering Specialist for CxRA, where they focused on providing exceptional guest services during private events and banquets. Finally, Dorian Steele has been working as an Operations employee for Brooklyn Boulders since 2019.

Dorian Steele attended Manhattan Theatre Lab High School from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their high school diploma in Acting. They also attended the Stella Adler Studio of Acting from 2011 to 2012.
