Esther Lee Rosen currently serves as the Director of Communications for the Global Economy and Development program at The Brookings Institution, a position held since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an External Affairs Officer at CGAP, a Communications Specialist for the Let's Work Global Partnership at both the World Bank Group and IFC, and various communications-related positions at The World Bank, including consulting for the Middle East & North Africa region. Esther's earlier roles feature a deputy directorship at The Bretton Woods Committee and program associate work at USAID, along with managerial experience at the World Economic Forum. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan, supplemented by studies at prestigious institutions in Geneva, Paris, and Jerusalem.
