Debra Hannon is a seasoned professional in community sales management, with extensive experience in the sale and closing of single-family homes and condominiums. Currently a Community Sales Manager at Brookfield Residential since June 2013 and also at The Ryness Company since January 2013, Debra has successfully managed sales for numerous projects, including the sale of 57 single-family homes at Apricot Station in Hayward and single-story homes outside of downtown Livermore. Debra's previous roles include a Sales position in Santa Cruz and New Home Sales Manager at SummerHill Homes, showcasing a strong background in new home sales and community management. Debra holds Bachelor's degrees in History and Drama from Washington University in St. Louis, along with additional qualifications from the Olin Business School. Recently, Debra enjoyed a brief retirement before resuming professional activities.
