Dustin Droege currently serves as the Director of Operations at Brookfield Renewable U.S., a position held since September 2016, following roles as Senior Manager of Operations and Supervisor of Operations. Responsibilities include planning and preparing for major outages while supervising labor across various trades. Prior to this, Dustin held the position of Instrument Man at Talen Energy and worked as an Instrumentation and Control Technician and Electrician at PPL Corporation from 2010 to 2015. Dustin's academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Maintenance and Technology Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, along with education at FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
