Mick Pearson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mick began their career at Nampak Plastics Europe Limited in 1997, where they held various positions as a Production Manager and eventually became a Site Manager until 2008. Following this, they joined Weetabix as an Operations Manager from 2008 to 2010. Mick then worked at Diba Industries Inc. as a General Manager from 2010 to 2012 and later assumed the role of Vice President of Operations until 2018. Currently, Mick is employed at AMETEK Brookfield, where they initially served as the Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2022. Mick now holds the position of Division Vice President Business Manager, starting in August 2022.

From 1997 to 2002, Mick Pearson attended Bolton Business School where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Commerce, General.
