Manju Naicker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Manju'smost recent position is as a Regional Sales Manager Africa at AMETEK Brookfield, which they began in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Anton Paar as a Business Unit Manager from January 2018 to March 2021. From January 2013 to December 2017, they served as a Regional Manager at Anton Paar Southern Africa. Before that, they held the same position at Swiss Lab from January 2008 to December 2012. In their early career, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Swiss Lab from February 2001 to July 2006.

Manju Naicker completed their Matric degree at Westcliff Secondary from 1990 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a BTech degree in Chemistry from Durban University of Technology from 1995 to 1999.
