Arch Williams has a strong work experience in engineering and management roles. Arch started in 1983 as an Engineering Manager at Cybermation and worked there until 1993. After that, they joined Komatsu Cutting Technologies as an Engineering Manager and Sr. Mechanical Engineer from 1993 to 2002. Arch then worked as an Engineering Manager and Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Hatch Science/Hatch Technology from 2002 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, Arch served as an Engineering Manager and Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Two Square Science. Currently, they are working as a Project Engineer at AMETEK Brookfield starting from 2017.

Arch Williams attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
