Marilyn Diaz is an experienced educator and mental health professional with a comprehensive background in teaching and student affairs. Currently serving as a Spanish Teacher for Prince William County Public Schools and Stafford County Public Schools since August 2021, as well as at Brookfield Academy since February 2021, Marilyn has dedicated herself to fostering language education. Previously, Marilyn held the position of Student Affairs Supervisor at American University Preparatory School from September 2018 to June 2020, where responsibility included enhancing the school community and supporting student success. Additionally, Marilyn worked as a Mental Health Therapist at WP from December 2014 to January 2020. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Literature and Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Concordia University-Wisconsin, and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from National Louis University.
