Monica Belle is an experienced Implementation Manager at Paul H. Brookes Publishing Co. since July 2004, specializing in the development and implementation of online assessment tools, product training, and customer support strategies. Additional roles have included Web and Database Manager, overseeing online application architecture, and Database Administrator at New Life HOPE Center, where responsibilities encompassed database maintenance and development. Previous experience includes Technical Web Consultant at Duke University and an internship at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Education includes an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, a certification in Oracle 8i Database Administration from Johns Hopkins, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Duke University.
