Odette Pompey is a seasoned professional in labor relations and human resources with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director of Labor Relations at One Brooklyn Health since May 2023, Odette has also held significant roles at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, including Sr. Human Resource Recruiter and Director of Labor Relations from October 2014 to the present, along with Labor Relations Manager from November 2018 to June 2023. Prior positions include Sr. Recruitment Manager at TheraCare and various HR roles at Gentive Health Services and Infonet. Odette Pompey is a graduate of Berkeley College.
