Erin Plachko, LPC, CHWC has over 14 years of experience in healthcare and mental health counseling. Erin worked as a VRP therapist with Maple Star Colorado from August 2007 to September 2009. Thereafter, they joined Jefferson Center for Mental Health as a lead adult outpatient clinician from September 2009 to September 2013. In July 2015, they started working as a wellness coach with Peak Wellness Coaching, LLC, which they continued until June 2023. From March 2016 to June 2023, they worked as a health coach at HealthSlate. Currently, they are employed at Brook Health since June 2023 as a health coach.

Erin Plachko, LPC, CHWC completed their BA in Psychology & Health Fitness from Gustavus Adolphus College from 1998-2002. Erin then pursued their MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver from 2005-2007. In 2014, Erin earned a certification as a Health & Wellness Coach from the Wellcoaches School of Coaching and obtained another certification as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach from the same institution in July 2015.
