Nadine Schlutzker has a broad range of work experience, starting in 2001 as a Concierge Manager at Concierge Plus/Red Roof Inn Hotel and Super 8. Nadine then worked as a General Manager at Manhattan Helicopters for a few months in 2008 before becoming a Call Center Manager at Airlink/CitySights/NY Airport Service. In 2009, they joined the German Consulate General New York as an Administrative Assistant, where they stayed until 2012. In 2013, Nadine worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant to the Director of Corporate Communications North America at Daimler North America Corporation. Nadine then transitioned to BMW of North America, LLC in 2014, working as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Operations and later the CEO and President until 2017. Nadine then joined Colliers International as an Executive Personal Assistant to the Director of National Office Services and Philanthropist for a brief period in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at TRUMPF North America. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO/Recruiting Manager at Brook + Whittle since 2021.

Nadine Schlutzker completed their education at Mercy College, where they obtained a Dual BS degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. This took place between an unknown start year and the year 2005. Prior to that, they attended the Business School Germany in 1991 and 1992, where they earned a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General.
