Kristen Waite has a diverse work experience spanning various marketing and communications roles. Kristen is currently working as a Marketing Manager at Brook + Whittle since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Innovative Labeling Solutions from January 2016 to November 2020, where they held dual roles as a Marketing/ Human Resources Manager and a Marketing Communications Specialist. From November 2014 to May 2016, Kristen worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Valco Melton, and before that, they were a Media & PR Specialist at the same company from February to October 2014.

In 2013, Kristen worked at Global Workforce Advisors LLC as the Director of Education and Training from August 2013 to January 2014. Kristen also worked as an Independent Contractor for the same company from February to July 2013. Prior to that, they were an Account Coordinator at SHIFT Communications from July 2012 to January 2013. Kristen began their career as an Intern at Fleishman-Hillard from January to June 2012.

Kristen's early professional experiences include working as a Research Assistant at Newhouse School, Syracuse University from September 2011 to May 2012, and as an Articles Manager at Exchange: The Journal of Public Diplomacy from October 2010 to December 2011. Kristen also served as a Cause Branding Intern at Cone from June to August 2011. Before entering the field of marketing and communications, Kristen gained experience as a Sales Associate at Lacoste from June to September 2009.

Kristen Waite holds a diverse education history. Kristen started their studies at the International School of Geneva from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree. Next, they attended the University of Sussex from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) in International Relations.

Kristen then pursued higher education at Syracuse University from 2010 to 2012, where they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Public Relations and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations, specializing in Public Diplomacy. Following a break, Kristen enrolled at Cornell University in 2013 to obtain a Master's Certificate in Human Resources.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kristen Waite also completed a Leadership Certificate Program, a six-month program provided by Business Training Experts, in September 2021.
