John Møller is the current head of recruitment at Brøndby IF. John has also previously served as bestyrelsesformand at Sports College Gladsaxe, sportschef / sports director at Akademisk Boldklub Gladsaxe, and as a scout at FH Players. Prior to their work in the sports industry, Møller worked in sales for Nike.

John Møller has a Bachelor's degree in English & International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School, a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from Hammersmith & West London College, and a Studentereksamen in Mathematical Studies from Bagsværd Kostskole & Gymnasium.

Their manager is Carsten V. Jensen, Executive Football Director. John Møller works with and Niels Frederiksen - Head Coach.
