Joseph Biagas serves as the HSE and Transportation Director at Patterson Services, Inc. since January 2020 and has been with Bronco Oilfield Services since January 2007, holding various roles including Assistant Director of Safety, Training and Transportation, Assistant Director of Safety and Training, and QHSE Trainer. With extensive experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental training, Joseph promotes safety policies, conducts audits, coordinates accident investigations, and facilitates safety training. Previous experience includes a role as Operations & Training Development Specialist II at SAIC, coordinating logistics for the Department of State’s Antiterrorism Assistance Program, and a military background as a retired Combat Engineer with the Louisiana Army National Guard. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Southwest Louisiana and has pursued additional education through Texas A&M University Engineering Extension Service and the Department of Transportation.
