Thomas Accardo has extensive experience in various leadership and strategic roles in the digital and technology industry. Thomas is the CEO of BrokerLift Inc since 2015. Prior to that, they founded Underpin Digital in 1998 and served as the Founder and Strategist. Thomas also co-founded GreenShorts Research in 2012. In addition, Thomas has held positions such as VP of Design at Digital Cement from 2009 to 2012, Director of Digital Practice at Capital C LP from 2006 to 2009, and Senior Manager of Business Consulting at Sapient from 2005 to 2006. Thomas started their career as an eBusiness Strategist at Adeo Communications from 2003 to 2005 and as a Management Consultant at IBM Canada from 2000 to 2003.

Thomas Accardo completed their Bachelor of Arts in AMD with a focus on Economics from Dalhousie University from 1994 to 1998. Thomas further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of E.C. degree in Business from 1999 to 2001.
