Lauren Bailey has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Proshop Customer Service at Blessings Golf Club from May 2012 to July 2013. From June 2007 to August 2013, they worked as a Swim Instructor & Child Care Attendant at the City of Coppell, where they became a positive influence on the swim instructors. Lauren then joined CROSSMARK as an Event Specialist from October 2013 to December 2014, where they provided excellent customer service and conducted research on consumer behavior. Lauren worked at ACTIVE Network as a Market Development Representative from February 2015 to October 2015, generating and managing high-volume outbound leads. Since October 2015, they have worked at Broker Online Exchange, starting as a Business Manager and later transitioning to a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, and currently as the Director of Sales. At Broker Online Exchange, Lauren performs a variety of duties, such as managing sales and relationships with brokers, developing new business, maintaining good working relationships with brokers, and engaging in pricing, contracts, customer service, and marketing.

Lauren Bailey attended the University of Arkansas from 2010 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in International Business specializing in Marketing. Additionally, during their time at the University of Arkansas, they focused on studying Spanish Language and Literature. In 2013, they briefly attended Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea to further their studies in Spanish Language and Literature. Prior to their enrollment at the University of Arkansas, Lauren spent the academic year of 2009-2010 at Dallas College North Lake Campus as an undergraduate student, although their field of study during that time is unknown.
