Bill Pratt started their work experience in 1990 as an Infantry in the United States Marine Corps. Bill then worked as a Warehouse Associate at Georgia-Pacific LLC from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they worked as a Selector at C&S Wholesale Grocers from 1997 to 2007. Bill then joined Homefix Custom Remodeling as a Salesperson from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as an Accuracy Manager, Helmets and Military PPE at HP White Laboratory, Inc. (An Intertek Company). In 2016, they became the Sales Director at Brody Transportation. In 2017, they took up the role of Outside Sales Representative at Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc. until 2018.

Bill Pratt attended the Marine Corps School of Infantry until 1993.
