Kyla To is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, marketing, and sales across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Marketing at Broderick Group since January 2024, Kyla previously worked as an Account Executive at Dataworks Development, Inc. (Freezerworks) from September 2021 to January 2024, focusing on enhancing compliance and data traceability in biorepository management. Earlier experiences include roles as Project Coordinator at JLL, Complex Sales and Catering Executive at Marriott International, and a progression of positions at W Hotels, culminating as a Supervisor. Additional experience includes customer service and finance through internships and academic support roles at Westmont College. Kyla To holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics with a Communication Minor from Westmont College and has international business experience from studying at The American University of Paris.
