Nick Souder has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. In 2014, they worked as a Physiotherapist at the Sports Medicine Centre in Kanata Bell Sensplex until 2015. Nick then joined Skyward Active Health Centre as a Physiotherapist and worked there until 2020. In 2020, Nick became a Clinical Project Lead at Brockville General Hospital, where they are responsible for providing effective and quality services, developing strategic quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with colleagues and community stakeholders.

Nick Souder earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Dalhousie University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University from 2012 to 2014.
