Amy Lappan is an experienced medical laboratory professional currently serving as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Providence Care since May 2022 and as a Medical Laboratory Assistant at Brockville General Hospital since December 2021. Previously, Amy worked as a Placement Student with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry in early 2019, contributing to a black bear barbed wire hair trap study, where responsibilities included barcoding, data entry, DNA extractions, sample preparation, and buffer preparation. Amy holds an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology (Forensics) from Fleming College, completed between 2015 and 2018, and furthered education at Trillium College from 2020 to 2021.
