Tom Plouffe is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Assistant Executive Director Senior Counsel at the Brockton Housing Authority since December 2005. In addition to this role, Tom Plouffe contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Massasoit Community College from September 2012 to September 2022. Educationally, Tom Plouffe holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law in Boston, obtained between 1983 and 1986, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stonehill College, completed in 1983.
