Erica Buhmeyer has considerable experience in customer service and operational roles across various industries. Currently, Erica is employed at Broaster Company since January 2019, holding positions in shared services, customer service, and quality control. Previous roles include housekeeping at Beloit College, where Erica adhered to cleaning protocols, and receiving clerk/disassembly technician at Universal Recycling Technologies, LLC., focusing on inventory management and receiving processes. Earlier experience includes serving as a customer service specialist at Shopko, responsible for store operations, and managing client records and scheduling at Totally Tan. Erica graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 2002 and is currently pursuing further education at Western Governors University.
