Susan Johnson has extensive experience in the entertainment and ticketing industries, currently serving as General Manager and Director of Public Relations & Marketing at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre since November 1993. Johnson has also held the position of General Manager for the Florida branch of Prather Entertainment Group since 1993. Prior roles include Advertising & Admin. Assistant to the Owner at San Jose Box Office from 1987 to 1992 and involvement with the San Francisco Symphony's Box Office during the same period. Johnson began a career in advertising, public relations, and management at The Record Factory from 1985 to 1991.
