Frank Lacer is an experienced plumbing designer with a robust background in designing plumbing and medical gas systems for various types of buildings. Currently employed at Broadway Mechanical-Contractors, Inc. since July 2023, Frank previously held positions at Marelich Mechanical as a plumbing detailer and United Mechanical as a lead plumbing and pipefitting detailer. Frank's extensive career also includes significant projects at ACCO Engineered Systems, JW McClenahan, Pan Pacific Plumbing, and L.J. Kruse Plumbing, where contributions included high-rise condominiums, medical office buildings, and hospitals. Frank completed a UA 342 Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprenticeship from 2000 to 2005 and attended San Joaquin Delta College from 1996 to 1998.
