Shelby Ladd is an experienced business development professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Development at Broadway Direct since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shelby worked at SpotCo for over 12 years, holding various positions including Managing Director, Vice President of Media and Analytics, Director of Digital Media and Analytics, and Senior Digital Media Planner.
