Molly Kelly Wiegel is currently the SVP of HR at Broadstone. Molly has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Molly started their career at Nixon Peabody LLP in August 2002 as the Director of HR Operations. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and amending HR policies, developing and managing efficient and effective HR processes and tools, supervising a team of HR specialists, and coordinating the completion of over 100 external and internal data requests annually. Molly also oversaw the new hire orientation process, the annual online performance evaluation process, and the Service Anniversary Award process. In June 2011, they left Nixon Peabody LLP to join Broadstone as the SVP of HR. In this role, they are responsible for leading the human resources function and developing and implementing strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
Molly Kelly Wiegel received their MS in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and their BA in Psychology from University of Rochester. Molly also studied at Syracuse University.
They work with Timothy D. Dieffenbacher - SVP, Chief Accounting Officer & Treasurer, Jim Lessard - SVP, Asset Management, and Kristen Duckles - EVP & CAO. Their manager is Christopher J. Czarnecki, President & CEO.
