Matthew Morsch has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Property Management, Industrial at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. since May 2018, where previous roles included Manager of Property Management for both Industrial and Retail sectors, as well as Senior Analyst in Property Management. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Ferrara Jerum International, LLC as Senior Real Estate Site Coordinator, assisting a team of brokers with deal-making processes. Additional roles include Inventory Specialist at Asset Control Solutions, Inc., Licensed Sales Agent at Pyramid Brokerage Company, Laborer at Terry Masci Construction Inc., and Operations Analyst at Manning & Napier. Matthew holds a BA in Finance from Marist College.
