Cameron Bender, CLMS has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Cameron began their career at Nazareth College of Rochester Music Department as an Office Associate, providing administrative support and managing data entry. In 2016, Cameron joined Broadspire, where they worked as a Disability Benefit Specialist, managing various types of claims across multiple clients. Cameron then progressed to the role of Client Liaison, serving as a dedicated contact for clients and assisting with auditing processes. Cameron's next role at Broadspire was as a Team Manager, where they effectively supervised Disability Benefit Specialists and Leave Specialists, ensuring performance standards were met. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations, Disability & Absence Management, where they lead multiple teams and drives innovation through data analytics, process automation, and digital enhancements.

Cameron Bender, CLMS, obtained a degree in Music Business from Nazareth University between 2011 and 2015. They also hold additional certifications including the Certified Leave Management Specialist from the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), as well as certifications in Leading with Emotional Intelligence and Cultivating a Growth Mindset from LinkedIn.
