Rob Davies is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Broadridge Financial Solutions since February 2013. Prior to this role, Rob held positions at Brown Brothers Harriman as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the Capital Partners group from September 2009 to January 2013. Rob also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Apax Partners from August 2004 to July 2007 and as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch from July 2002 to June 2004. Rob holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (2007-2009), and a BS in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business/New York University (1998-2002).
