Prabaharan Baskaran is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Technology Lead at Broadridge since July 2023. Prior to this role, Prabaharan worked as an R&D Software Engineering Specialist at Dassault Systèmes from December 2019 to July 2023, focusing on C# WinForms applications for mining scheduling, as well as developing new features and enhancing existing architecture. From December 2016 to December 2019, Prabaharan held the position of Software Engineer Technical Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where mentoring a team and automating processes with Python and batch scripts were key responsibilities. Initially, Prabaharan worked as a C# Developer, creating an automation tool using C# WinForms. Prabaharan earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2016.
