Claudio Brito possesses extensive experience in customer operations and management across various companies since 1999. Currently serving as Customer Ops Team Lead at Broadridge since May 2021, Claudio also holds the position of Partner at Atho Systems since November 2004. Previous roles include Customer Ops Team Lead at Itiviti and Technical Account Manager at Ullink. Claudio has contributed to the Brazilian National Quality Award as an examiner in 2012 and 2013. Earlier in the career, Claudio held IT management roles at Banif and served as a Business and Systems Analyst at 7COMm. Academically, Claudio earned an MBA in General Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, along with additional technical and preparatory qualifications.
