Thatcher Milholland has extensive experience in the real estate industry, spanning various roles and companies throughout their career. Thatcher is currently serving as the Head of Origination at Broadmark Realty Capital Inc., a position they have held since June 2021.

Prior to their current role, Milholland co-founded and served as the Head of Growth at biproxi, a global online commercial real estate marketplace. During their time there from April 2018 to June 2021, biproxi focused on the middle market and facilitated connections between local commercial agents and global buyers and tenants.
