Jana Dolsen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jana started their career as a Retail Sales Associate at The M Den Inc. in 2010, where they gained experience in customer relations and developed strong communication skills. In 2012, they joined FoodCorps as a Service Member & Healthy School Coordinator, where they contributed to promoting healthy lifestyles in schools.
In 2013, Jana moved on to Cardea Services as a Training Coordinator, where they provided evaluation, training, and organizational development services to health and human service agencies. Jana then joined Zesty, Inc. in 2016 as a Support & Logistics Coordinator, addressing concerns and issues in a fast-paced startup environment.
Jana's experience in the customer support field began in 2017 at SimplyInsured, where they initially served as a Customer Support Specialist, resolving client issues and managing small business health insurance benefits. Jana later assumed the role of Manager of Customer Support, overseeing the support team and simplifying the health insurance buying process.
In 2018, Jana joined Broadly as a Customer Success Manager, providing exceptional experiences for customers and serving as a trusted small business consultant. Their responsibilities included managing the post-sale lifecycle of approximately 300 customers. Jana then advanced to the role of Partner Manager Associate in 2020, becoming an expert in partner business and program management, driving partner goals and objectives, and developing skills in go-to-market program development and execution. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Partner Manager, further leveraging their expertise to ensure Broadly's access to new opportunities and continued growth.
Throughout their career, Jana has developed strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Their experience spans various industries, providing their with a diverse skill set and a comprehensive understanding of customer service and business operations.
Jana Dolsen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Michigan from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Life-Only, Accident and Health Agent from the California Department of Insurance in August 2017, and in "An Introduction to the U.S. Food System: Perspectives from Public Health" from Coursera in March 2013.
