Sharon Eghert currently serves as the HR Country Lead at Broadcom Inc., a position held since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at EBS BrokerTec, where Sharon contributed to the electronic trading platforms and solutions for foreign exchange and fixed income markets from April 2014 to February 2023. Additionally, Sharon held HR Director positions at NEX Markets and the CME Group, where Sharon was Head of HR in Israel, during the same time frame. Prior to these roles, Sharon worked as an HR Manager at bwin.party digital entertainment and as Director of Human Resources at Amimon Ltd., a leader in wireless High-Definition solutions. Early career experience includes HR and Admin roles at Tamir Fishman, a provider of financial services. Sharon holds an MA in Human Resources from Israel-College and a degree from Tel Aviv University, completed between 1994 and 1998.
