Mac Frierson is an experienced technical professional with a diverse background in systems administration, technical support, and network engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer II at Veritone since March 2020, Mac previously held roles at Redgate Software as a Product Support Engineer and at JMAC Lending as a Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included administration of cloud-based applications and server maintenance.
