Andy Day has a wealth of experience in the telecom and web development industries. Andy began their career in 1997 as the Sales & Marketing Manager for AvalancheNet.com, a wireless internet service provider. In 2000, they founded Broadband Solutions, an ISP offering wireless internet, DSL, T-1's, dialup, co-location and web hosting. For three years, they served as President and Founder of Avalanche Communications, a Level 3 Communications hosted PBX reseller. In 2005, they began working as the VP Operations Engineering for IP Telesis, where they designed, built and managed a nationwide Voice over IP network. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Senior Network/Voice Engineer at Velocity Networks, where they built, maintained and supported a national IP voice network. In 2020, they became Design Principal at Sugardoodle. Additionally, since 2005 they have been providing ongoing consulting for telecom and web based companies as a Telecom, Technical & Marketing Advisor (Executive Level).
Andy Day earned a B.S. in Business Admin from Franklin University in 2003. In 2011, they completed a CCNA from Salt Lake Community College, and a NBS 5200 Training from Sonus. In 2006, they earned a Nextone Certified Systems Engineer in VoIP, Telecom, SBC, and Gateways from Nextone. Between 1996 and 2000, they attended Salt Lake Community College, and from 1991 to 1993, they attended Jordan High School.
